Customer Reviews
Decent experience, minor issue
I bought the Butcher Block Pate for my dog. The ordering process was straightforward on the website. Delivery took 5 days to reach Denver, which was a little slower than I hoped, but not terrible. One of the cans was slightly dented when it arrived, but the others were fine and the food itself seemed good. My dog ate it all up. Quality seems good for the price, and it was easy to prepare. I'm on the fence about subscribing, but it's a possibility.
Good first buy, nice savings
I was looking for some healthier food for my dog and decided to try The Honest Kitchen. Got the Dehydrated Dog Food, Grain-Free, a 10 lb box. I used a first-time buyer discount which took off 20%, so that was a good chunk of change saved right there. Shipping was free because the order was over $49. Felt like a good deal overall for human-grade food. I'll probably buy again if my dog keeps liking it.
Repeat customer, always consistent
I've ordered from The Honest Kitchen several times now. This last time I got the Whole Grain Clusters for my two labs, plus some Parmesan Pecks. My orders are always accurate, and they usually ship out within a day or two. Delivery to my place in California took about 4 days, which is standard. I've never had to contact support for an issue, everything just works. The product quality is always consistent, my dogs love the food and I feel good feeding it to them. It's why I keep coming back.
Solid food, fast delivery
Ordered some Dehydrated Cat Food, Grain-Free. It got here quick, about 3 days. My cat actually ate it, which is rare for him. Good stuff.

Has anyone tried the dehydrated stuff for their cat? My cat is super picky and I'm worried about buying a whole bag if she won't touch it. What's their return policy on opened bags?
Is Honest Kitchen really that much better than something like Open Farm or Primal Pet Foods? My vet suggested it but it's a bit pricier.
How long does shipping usually take to New York City? I'm almost out of my current food and trying to time it right.
Hey, thinking of trying Honest Kitchen for my dog. I saw some deals floating around. Can I use a new customer discount AND a subscription discount together?
